"I went to get a $50.00 gift card for my niece and I was turned away because I wanted to pay with my debit card from a legitimate bank and they wouldn't accept it, only cash! So I went down the street to PUBLIX, and was able to get my Michaels gift card from them. So thank you PUBLIX!"

"Do not shop here if you are pressed for time. Only one employee in the whole store while 2 managers were in the back of the store. There were at least 5 customers sharing this unfortunate 20-minute wait at the register and not to mention the 15 minutes I spent looking for construction paper with no one to help navigate the isles."

"Very nice newer Michaels store. Went in for a custom framing job. My order took longer than expected due to the postal company dropping off the mattes to the wrong Michaels. The manager Nadine went out of her way to personally pick it up from another Michaels. Due to the delay, Nadine made it right. The people in the framing department are very nice and helpful, especially Christian. I think they went above and beyond despite the hurdles they have to jump through. More staffing to help would be a great solution. Too much responsibility on the few individuals in the store and it is honestly not fair to them. They have good employees. The store is very tidy and organized."
