"They sold me a worldpay payment system by giving me false information. The payment system was terrible. Constantly disconnected. They said the money from the payment system would be in your account the next day, but it was 2 days later. I went to the bank to cancel. They said they did the transaction but they didn't and they took 350 dollars from my account. I spoke to the manager and he said he would look into it, but he didn't do anything. Definitely an untrustworthy bank. I am very regretful that I opened an account here."
"Ate at Yummy House last night with a large group of people. Parking was packed so we parked by the bank, which was closed. Come out around 9 pm and 3 of our cars had been towed. Small signage was near the front entrance of the bank and not where we parked. $180 to get your car back"
"We were towed late on a Saturday night while eating at the restaurant next door. Tow signs were not where we parked. Tow service said they give kickbacks for their towing."
"Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 0 is because the lady that is always working is always so kind and helpful. However, this location is always so busy and the staff Is clearly overworked. Fifth third needs to hire more employees. The male employee greeted me with an attitude when I asked for him to check the fee to deposit a check and get the funds same day. He basically told me there’s no way to do that it’s not thing, even though I’ve done it there multiple times … I went inside and the female helped me and was able to tell me what the fee was immediately upon entering the check in the computer. I paid the fee and have my money in my account. Not sure why this man was unable to help me with this but the female was. Assuming she just has more patience to deal with the busy workload."
"Worst bank ever . They tried to make you go into debt with over draft fees knowing your account balance is never accurate or up to date."
