I did not get notice when it shipped nor did I receive notice when it arrived. I paid a lot of money for this basket and at least an acknowledgement and further communication regarding my order would have been appreciated."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went for a sympathy bookay for nurse at Dr. Office. Was told it would take 20 mins. Owner starts taking calls forgets to tell the lady to start my order. Jumps up to tell her. She pulls the cookies but doesn't start the assembly. Owner still on calls. When the helper does start she taking her time. So I tell the owner at this point I'm HERE A paying customer that is now running late for my Dr appointment. She continued with phone call. I bet that person didn't spend $1.00. Why not place the call on hold... get my order COMPLETELY STARTED and then resume the call!!!"
