"Visited this Michael's location recently and found quite a few aisles completely empty. I'm sure this was due to end of year inventory and setting up for a new season, but it was a bummer for shoppers. I was looking for Needle Felting supplies and yarn for a few projects in the works. There were some really good yarn clearance prices. I scored big in that department. Their yarn section is fairly large with a variety of yarn types and colors. Their Caron Cakes have a bit of a cult following with exciting and novel colorways. The Needle Felting options were scarce. There were quite a few empty SKUs on that aisle so maybe there's usually more to choose from. I grabbed the last 2 packs of wool base and one of the last 2 balls of colored roving. I searched and found pipe cleaners in the children's crafting aisle which was well stocked and very clean. I was helped at a register right away, no wait time! The cashier was friendly and even shared in my excitement over the deals I found, including their coupons in the app. I highly recommend this location. Hopefully they'll be fully stocked on my next visit. They have easy parking in a busy shopping center too."

"I have stage 3 cervical cancer. I was cramping so bad I wanted to cry. I went in there to buy fountain pens so I could write my 4 kids goodbye letters in case something happened and the chemo and radiation don't work.. I felt so bad the way they got on the speaker and told security to watch the isle i was on. I was already almost in tears and fighting with pain., I guess I look like a drug addict to boot.. I know I'm sick but I was not doing anything that remotely looked like I was stealing or wanted to steal. Also the worker that followed me everywhere I went was very noticeable or maybe she just wanted me to feel that bad. It doesn't matter I guess... I'm dying who needs me as a future Customer! or was it the stressful look on my face with me holding my stomach that looks like I'm 5 months pregnant. I know I look like poop but to treat me like that was hurtful."

The staff were also super nice and the store was pretty well organized! Also the prices were pretty nice compared to some other stores!"
