"Suggest ordering from Amazon, Target or Walmart instead. I did an online order, paid and came to pick up. And I apparently ordered to the wrong location. No One has ability to change it to let me pick it up at the store I am at (even though it is in stock). The rep at the store said there was no way to change the order to the store, I called the main customer service number they said to call the store that has the order to transfer to this location at town center, called and that store said they can't, call customer service they said I can cancel and order at the Town Center store and the manager can update the price since I already purchased it at that price. Go back to this store and the rep makes a call and makes sure to be rude while talking to whoever with statements such as " exactly, that's exactly what I told her" in a tone to be sure i knew he was annoyed. Game stop needs to get with the times and allow for easy customer service fixes. This should have been such a simple request to grant."

"This GameStop location is terrible!! I'd give zero stars if I could!! There were three cashiers behind the counter, the line of people waiting to check out was out the door!!!! Two of the employees were arguing with a customer in front of the whole line of people. After over 15 minutes in line "Alfredo" proceed to check us out. We had several of the same item we were buying. When one box did not scan, he proceeded to try to scan it multiple times instead of scanning the exact same item we were also buying. Terrible customer service, terrible employees, I would definitely skip this store."
