"I went to this store last night to exchange my old iphone for a new 15 model. We had a great experience with Abbas, who was very kind and knowledgeable. After we got back home everything that he explained to me happened smoothly but for the fact that the cell data (actual number) had not been transferred. After several attempts to try and set it up myself, we called customer service but the only thing he could do was to reset the cellular data on my old phone. After responding negatively to a text survey due to still not being able to use my new phone, the manager (Anthony) called me immediately and promptly offered to do it himself in the store. I went back and he did it in less than 5 minutes. I attribute this mishap to some kind of miscommunication and the fact that I'm not tech savvy. I would go back to this store and recommend it."
"My husband and I had quick and professional service with Ryan O. We were dreading coming in because it’s usually an hours long complicated process, but he made it streamlined and easy. He was patient and knowledgeable. Everything we needed was done in 15 minutes."
"I went to this location to return my new phone and cancel my service. After waiting one hour for someone to help, I was told that only a manager can assist with returns and to come back the next day at anytime from 10-6. Fast forward to the next day where I arrive at 10am. I was told the manager was not in and I would have to wait for them to show up. After another 30 minutes the manager shows up and tells me that they are not able to process the return and to go to my new service provider for further assistance. I go to my new carrier and get them to fully port over my number and come back, as instructed by the manager. I was then again told that they still cannot process my return and that they do not know how to do so. No further assistance was given, no insight to what the problem was. This store needs to train their staff to handle returns and respect their customer’s time. Another AT&T store had me in and out in 10 minutes, there’s no reason this issue should have taken two days and six different trips to this store."
"Changing my 5 star review to 1 star due to several lies told by the staff here. Went to this store to purchase upgrades. Was told I need AT&T’s phone insurance to do the upgrade, which was a lie. Returned to the store to have the insurance removed, and to request reimbursement for the insurance charge on my bill. I was told the insurance was removed and a credit applied, both of which were lies. I had to call 611 (AT&T customer service) to have the insurance removed and to get my reimbursement. I do not recommend visiting this location. I can recommend the store on Linton and US1 instead."
"They are super nice and kind, yet they could improve their communication skills by providing better explanations. Sometimes they assume the client is technically savvy or a gadget nerd, which I am not. They should explain better certain policies because in my case it was very confusing. Despite all that...I do like this particular AT&T store."
