"Not a good experience, went in to upgrade phone, unpleasant clerk, all she she cared about was my pin number, sat behind "COVID plastic wall" tried to tell me what phones were what price, would not come out from behind plastic, if she had any product knowledge she sure didn't show it. Got fed up with that experience.... Now go Lehigh Acres Cricket....."

"Living in a small town this store is ALWAYS busy and you usually have to wait a little bit. Every time I've gone in there the ladies have been happy and helpful. I've seen them a few times leave from the back or on break to assist the other's because it fills up very quickly. Also, the town has a lot of Spanish speaking residents and the last time I was in someone made a comment about the country music and one of the Spanish employees replied back "I'm sorry to hear you don't like the music but we have a very wide selection of music and we like to please all of our customer's and their different cultures" The last two times I've been in they had Spanish music on and it was a nice change of pace, ESPECIALLY to hear her say that! She really made me smile and it fills my heart with hope for our community and country! Thank you!!"

"I've switched to cricket a year ago. They have great service. All the latest phones and gadgets that go with. Pick your own plan that fits you. The company sends some of the cutest reminders and little videos to your phone. The customer service and the prices are really good. Great location, but parking is very limited that's the only problem."

"Let's 1st off Not talk down on "CRICKET" wireless... I am a customer and by far have the best rates and connection I've had in a long time and I've had a lot of "Monthly" carriers... BUT THIS location has the WORSE Representatives and the Manager is even more Horrible. I was looking for a simple glass protector thingy for a 6s plus and when I asked if the 7s plus would fit the "Manager" said... "I don't know if it will fit but I can sell it to you"... with the nastiest attitude as if she just didn't want to be bothered. I will never go there again!!! I would rather go to Radio Shack or the BOOST store next door for accessories...because this place has not a single employee with customer service skills!!!"
