"Went there to make deposit to my IRA plan. No one is there in person. Only a person on a computer screen. Don't feel safe leaving money in a drop box that anyone can reach into or steal. Beneficiary info was wrong on my accounts and they want me to do everything online instead of going in and showing correct info to a person to fix it. Other places pay more than the .01% interest that they are paying on the cash that I have in my account and have higher rate CDs. My regular bank has been open for full service since the pandemic for lobby and drive in. Fidelity brokers keep sending me emails to review accounts since I have been keeping a large balance in cash account since taking profits on stocks. I made enough to never have to work again and don't want to risk losing it but they only have phone appointments during business hours during weekdays when I am working and don't have in person hours on weekends."
