"Never sign up with eCapital for factoring. They will do everything to get fees out of you. Then try to auto renew your contract then try to charge you the $5k. No matter how far in advance you try to end your contract. You will be fighting with them over everything. They are what everyone says they are. A very shady company. They have earn their reputation as the worse factoring company in trucking. Never seen a company fight over $5k. After ripping you off for all the fees they want that money like they are going bankrupt."
