"These guys ripped me off for $700 on a $250 phone! I went in to purchase a new phone for about $250. The salesman told me I would receive a Party Box speaker, tablet, phone case and screen cover for FREE. I was charged $188 and everything else was no charge only to find out that I'm on a lease plan for a $500 phone! Metro Corporate has done nothing so far to correct this RIP OFF!"

"I recently went to this location even though I live in Bradenton as I was in the area and had some time available. Did an upgrade. They were unable to activate my new phone even though they tried multiple times. Many phone calls over the weekend with customer service and still not activated.....Long story short, they care!!! The District Manager Louie personally called me on my old phone several times and scheduled a time when I could meet the manager Erick there to work this out. One employee, Stephen, spent hours with me up until this point trying everything to fix a problem that I was told was very unusual. Louie, Erick the manager, and Stephen went above and beyond to get this issue worked out and I am so appreciative of the efforts, care and consideration of my time that they demonstrated. My new phone is working, through all of their efforts as a team, and I would recommend this group of individuals to anyone that lives in the area. Very caring customer service. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you for all that you did and the respect that you demonstrated at every turn."

"I ws sold a Tmobile Hotspot which doesnt even pick up 5G data and was told it was there new home internet plan. Also I was told it had unlimited monthly data and looked online at my plan and it was of course, 100GB hotspot plan. When I called to ask to simply exchange the device for the correct internet gateway from Tmobile which is meant for whole home wifi and not 4g lte close by hotspot that I was sold, they at first said souding surprised that yea that wont work that well and they have them in stock today. I said I would be there in about 45 mins. I recieved a callback saying that they could not return that hotspot I was sold but They can still sell me the correct modem but its another $53.00 and the hot spot I bought (which they had to have ran over from another store) was only covered by a same day return policy and its on the receipt....that was a bold statement and NOwhere on that reciept is anything only returnable the same day, They actually had the nerve to say that to my face that its only returnable the same day, After calling Metro Pcs AGAIN they said there is NOthing THAT IS NOT returnable for at least 14 days especially after being told this was a whole home wifi router!!!!! The service sucks, its overpriced, the data speed is TERRIble NO MATTER where you are, the stores are all scum establisments ran by aliens trying to scam a buck from anyone who walks in. I vote Metro go back to MIAMI where you came from for drugdealers who needed a phone that didnt work outside of miami but had unlimited minutes to sell crack all night!"

"I went in to this store today with a shattered phone and was told by the gentleman working that he may not be able to save what was in my phone. Including over 10,000 photos. Pictures of loved ones that are no longer here. I was devastated. He worked his magic and was able to save everything! I just want to say thank you to Erik! The metro employee who helped me out tremendously today! Employee of the year! Give this kid a raise!"

"I have been dealing with MetroPCS for many years 20+ and have never been so satisfied with service, Erik took care of me. He showed much knowledge of all products in his store, generally caring about the customers satisfaction is noticed in his way of being, I'd give 10 more stars if I could.
