"Sean was awesome. I have had him do two of our cell phones and this time my Apple Watch. Great service and never a hassle with warranty! Highly recommend ."
"Great and friendly service. I waited at Apple for about 15 minutes just to find out that I have to spend 700 bucks to repair the screen. Sean helped me out and quoted me 240. Still a lot of money, however, way better than what Apple said."
"Sean always does right by me when I come through for a replacement screen protector (phone or watch). Great customer service and won’t try to upsell you on something you don’t need. If he recommends it though, he’s definitely looking out for your best interest!"
"If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! This place is a scam, extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to “repair” phones. I brought my daughters iPhone here because the back of her phone was cracked. Little did I know that the $200 repair wasn’t with real apple products, nor was I told to expect it to break again and again because it was “repaired” without tempered glass— but not to worry, they’ll ONLY charge another $70 each additional visit!!!!!!!????? At our 2nd visit the manager Sean M was not able to complete the repair bc he was missing a part to the cameras flash. When we returned to have this fixed a 3rd time Sean rudely told me without making eye contact that we would need a “loaner phone” bc he couldn’t get my daughters to turn on. It was literally in 2 pieces on the counter. When I questioned how this happened, he treated me as if I was the dumbest person in the world, belittling me about his knowledge of technology compared to what he assumed I knew. I asked what went wrong bc it was working fine before- just needed something for the flash on the camera….I questioned him, asking if I sent my phone away to be fixed, would it function like a new iPhone…I challenged him further by stating that I was asking this simply because when I first became a customer I was never once told to expect my phone to continue to break over minor drops (we’re talking from the center console of my car to the passenger seat- nothing brutal at all AND we had a very reputable branded case on the phone ), but that when I came back upset with a broken phone and less $270 in the bank, he played it off as if I was supposed to know and expect multiple breaks needing repairs bc the materials used are sub par….( how was I supposed to know this especially when he reassured me that the back of the phone would still have the Apple logo on it making me think it was an Apple product he was using) Long story short he told me he couldn’t guarantee me that. I took a deep breath and I walked to Apple and bought my daughter a new phone… An $800 cost… And when I returned to Zagg to pick up her non-working, broken to pieces phone, he handed me the phone, telling me he fixed it. ???? When I asked how this happened and how he went from telling me it needed to be shipped away to being fixed in the matter of 45 minutes he didn’t have an answer. DO NOT trust your phones for repair to this place. Sean M is extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. A true scammer that unfortunately I fell for. Apple on the other hand….a saving grace. Zagg should not be allowed to repair phones at all."
