"I was over there and is the first time in 14 years that I used the bank that I feeling bad the person Amani was a lot of nasty since the first second that I saw her."
"Each person has different experiences, mine was excellent from before the branch opened until I left it. And I thank the manager and the officer “THE” who did not let me leave until the situation I had was resolved. I am pleased with the service."
"This was my worst ever experience with Bank of America.I went to this branch to make a wire transfer. A banker helped me. He said he could help to do the wire transfer with my mobile app. However he tried 5-6 times. It didn't work . And we tried again and again. I tried to do the transfer with him for almost 35 minutes. Then I asked him to transfer it some other way. He said I would have to do it myself with my desk top at home. I couldn't understand why a Bank of America branch couldn’t do a wire transfer to another bank. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that, before we wasted time on my phone app. Plus, I wasted all that time driving to the bank. I went home and I tried to do the wire transfer via my deck top and I got a code for transfer. It asked me to answer some security questions. Then it said it would take three business days to complete the wire transfer. I waited 4 days. Then I tried to check my account but access to my mobile app was now blocked. So I visited the branch again today and explained what happened to me. I explained that last week when i asked to banker to do a wire transfer here, he told me to do it at home from my desk top. Today’s banker tried to help me to change my password with my phone to unblock my access. However it would not allow a change. The message said I have to call customer service. I called customer service and they said that they would fix it and that I can try to login 1 hour later. If is not working then to call them back . I told them I didn’t want to waste time calling again. I asked her to call me back in an hour. She did not call me back. I tried to login 1 hour later and it was still blocked. I called customer service again and waited for 30 minutes to talk with someone. The representative transferred me to the access department. That person asked so many questions about the wire transfer. Who it was sent to, what is it for, when was it made, etc. I got super angry about the questions being asked about my personal business. I told him I just want access to my account. He kept saying that you need answer my questions. To be honest, I yelled at him because they didn't give me any notice about to blocking my account. No email. No text message. And I was going to ask him how can I complete a wire transfer next time, but him hung up on me. Shouldn’t customer service be to top priority of Bank of America? It was really the worst customer service experience of my life. Because of this, I am going to start closing all of my Bank of America accounts."
"This is the worst Bank of America location ever. I came to notarize a document and wait 1h30. I decided to leave after that because I was sick waiting and went to UPS. They notarized my document in 2 mn with a smile. The Indian lady at this BOA location is so unprofessional and rude. It’s such a shame."
"If I could give this bank zero stars I would! I have lived in Lake Nona for 12 years, and no matter when I come to this bank there is always a problem! Today was the last straw! I walked into the bank at 12:41 PM. There were two people in line in front of me, and at 12:53 PM, we were all still in the same position. The teller was counting money over and over while the line of people was so long. No other workers could help. When I finally said something, I was told no one else is available and just because I don’t see a customer in front of her window, that doesn’t mean she isn’t helping someone. There is always just one teller and a line of people and no one else in the bank can help you. When I ask to speak with someone to complain to, there is no one available. Yet, I see 5 extra workers in the middle of the bank always wondering around. I finally had to leave. It was like the twilight zone! I drove 10 minutes down the road to the brand new Bank of America by Laureate Park, and not only were they very helpful, professional, but they were very efficient and getting what I needed done. It’s definitely worth driving to. I will never step foot into this bank again, and I advise you to do the same!"
