So i looked back in the contract and these crooks made my first payment my down payment so they could charge me interest on my down payment what a crooked way to do business"

"DO NOT GO WITH NAVITAS CREDIT CORP. They are dishonest, and slimy and will add extra fees without telling you, that isn't included in your contract. When I discovered this and confronted them did they resolve it? No they spent a month handing us back and forth to different people on the customer service team. Nobody will give us an answer as to how they are charging us extra fees that were not disclosed. We also chose a plan based off of the idea of paying it off early to avoid paying the full interest fees. We asked if there were any early payoff penalties, to which we got a simple, NO. When we tried to pay it all off early a year later, they said we still had to pay the full amount as they don't "charge interest". They set their contracts up in a specific way to where you are stuck paying the full amount no matter what. Was this explained when we asked? NO. We are seeking advice from lawyers right now and they have even looked at our contract and said these people are slimy and play the semantics card to "technically answer our questions but not actually explain things". Horrible experience overall, we feel taken advantage of and frustrated. I wish we could go back and never start a contract with them. It is sad that people can be so dishonest in order to make more money instead of walking with integrity. They don't actually finance, they create an odd contract that is a lease and then you purchase at the end of the FULL amount being paid, but you are stuck paying it not matter how early you want to pay off the supposed "loan"."
