This is the second time recently that they called me and told me an item was available with their new policy I told him I was coming down to get it and it was already sold. At least give me the courtesy of calling me before you sell it so I don’t have to waste the time, energy, effort or gas. Over the years I’ve purchased many items and it seems like they do not care about the customers at all."
