"The team was incredibly unprofessional. At our scheduled 6 pm session, they left the door locked. It wasn't until 6:15 when a woman arrived and, to our surprise, claimed there was no session because Bianca had left. This was baffling, as all six of us had our sessions confirmed by Class Pass and patiently waited. To make matters worse, they still charged us a no-show fee despite us waiting in front of a locked door. This is just not right!"

"$70 for a breathwork class that lasts less than 2 hours? That is absurd. Plus parking has to be valet, which at this Hotel is at least $30. With this being said, I do not mean things have to be free, yes, charge for them as you should, but this is supposed to be meditation, not a night of decadence at a VIP Club."
