"Met the manager/owner ("Tony") because someone stole thousands of dollars of my tools and sold them to this pawn shop. Took months to get them returned. While I was waiting, I bought a Chainsaw there. It worked about 5 minutes, then locked up. Tony told me to bring it back. When I did, they told me they would refund HALF my fee, the rest was a restocking fee. Tony was on a first name basis with the guy that stole everything, and he tried to get me not to prosecute the guy. Not only did he tell me to bring it back and then wanted to charge me for it, but he wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Stay away from this shop!"
"so i went here with a 10.5 grams 14kt ring and i asked for $300, the short thin guy who i believe is the store manager just looked at it and said he can "do $70 but can stretch it to $80" in other words he was willing to pay $7.25 a gram for my ring ?? that does not make sense how they take advantage of people in need. you suppose to help people not take advantage of them!!!"
