"Forcing your customers, especially commercial, to stand outside in your drive thru line in the 90° heat and blazing sun is careless and absolutely unprofessional. Do better. I’m updating, as there is no option to give a second review. 3 weeks later and they are still forcing their walk in customers to stand in the drive-thru to conduct their business. They care more about themselves and their money than they do their customers. If this bank wasn’t across the street, we would absolutely take our business elsewhere. Another 3 weeks has gone by and the lobby is still not open. I was told they were “just trying to keep their staff safe”, but then had to shut down the branch because employees tested positive anyway. I’m currently standing outside in 100° heat so they can do what is convenient for them."

"This is the worst of the worst Suntrust banks you will find in the company. The customer serivce is completely understaffed. They refused to up during and after the covid closures claiming its not safe while all other banks are open. Employees have to sand outside in 90 degree heat to get change or to back banking. The only reason thsi bank is open is because there is a heavy business presence in the area and its convenient or was convenient. 2.3 starts on google is absurd and management should take notice."

"This branch is always so slow. (slow being an understatement). 45 minute wait every time I’m in the drive thru, not including the time spent waiting if there are cars in line ahead of me. Customer service is mediocre at best. Also, a large deposit I made was shorted by $100. Would never recommend this branch."
