"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customers were walking out and closing accounts while I was there. Hours are 10-4 and then when they open they don't have adequate staff to service the line of customers that have been waiting. Whoever manages this place should reconsider the position they are performing poorly at."

I walked in for a wire transfer a few months ago, and they told me there was an hour wait and advised me to go to a different branch because they close at 4. Walked in again for a wire transfer today, and they told me there was a 30-minute wait because they needed to honor the appointments while the branch was empty. Both times I went to the branch on 64 instead and got service right away without an appointment."

"The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I went in to open a business account on a Friday afternoon and only had to wait 10 minutes to meet with an account specialist. While I was waiting I witnessed several difficult people come in with their issues. The branch manager was there at the desk by the door and help each person with a smile. So thankful to live close to this location. Very pleased with the great service."
