"Excellent service! Very helpful! one of the best experiences I had in any Bank of America branch"
"I like this bank it's the closest one to me. However, sometimes the parking reserved for customers is hit or miss. Sometimes other company cars will take the spots that are reserved on the first floor. I've never been on the second floor for parking but I shouldn't have to if companies are using up the spaces. I understand maybe it's easier for them if they have work to do in that particular area. The parking garage is the only area to park if you need to access the ATM and its frustrating if you're forced to take a parking ticket to park on the next floor"
"Reshma Kapersaud was wonderful!! I'm Frank, and I came today with Raquel to get her new Credit Card. Unfortunately at our time of arrival we didn't had all the right documents for the appointment. So she waited for us to get our stuff ready in order to start. She was a sweetheart, and made our experience smooth and without complications (Also Raquel got approved!). Again, wonderful job from Reshma!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. First, there are institutional/logistical issues of BoA that I experienced. Their website has no detailed info on exactly what documents they notarize. I tried calling (local banks and 1-800) for the answer and/or to schedule an appointment and could never reach anyone. Then, there were no available appointments through online scheduling for MONTHS at any Orlando locations. Finally, had to physically go in to schedule an appointment (for a different time) and ask if they could notarize our documents. We were scheduled for an appointment and assured our documents could be notarized. When the time came for the appointment, the two women there weren’t sure if the documents could be notarized. We were upset, obviously as we took time out of our days and drove from opposite side of town, with my elderly father. Finally, met with the notary and she was blatantly rude and either playing dumb so as to not help us or is just completely inept at her job. Told us we needed a notary AND witness for each person for each document. I cannot imagine that’s true in any way. She’s a horrendous employee. And I was proven right again: Bank of America is an awful institution."
