Sent the tube, I saw through the window that the clerk was helping another customer, however I could with her to scroll her phone and text while having my carrier sit on the desk for at least 10 minutes before she started preparing my deposit. I'm currently still sitting here. Extremely rude amd poor customer service"

"Great location for serving customers in Orlando. One minor concern is there is queue here and you may not be served at the moment you arrive. Also, I tried calling them in prior and they did not answer the call. That being said, the staff here is extremely friendly in person and they try to understand what is your issue being resolved at Chase."
