"I had a great experience with Felipe Ferreira. He worked with me on a construction loan. He was always very informative and thorough with everything. He was direct with how the process works, unlike other banks that keep the process going and constantly ask for more and more paperwork with no guarantee of approval. With Felipe he asked for all the paperwork upfront to avoid delays and confusion. I would definitely recommend working with Felipe for construction loan needs. He's amazing!"
