"Never ever use any credit cards issued from this bank. Your local bank might issue this banks' credit card. It will give you very hard experience. It has the poorest customer service in the planet. Even it doesn't deserve the one star point."

"Very unhappy! I paid the full balance due 7 days ago and they still haven’t credited my account. I can’t get them to answer the phone. All transactions are being declined in the meantime. I want to close this account, but can’t get through to customer service."

"TCM Bank did not explain its online payment system well and failed to acknowledge its responsibility. Instead, it chose to punish its customer. Shame on them for not putting the customer first! Their customer service is slow, inefficient, and unhelpful. Their credit bureau doesn't even follow their own advice."

"My credit card was hacked (TCM told me so, good for them.) Told I should challenge any fraudulent charges. Did so per their directions. Received letter on 5/13/23 acknowledging two of the challenged charged. 5/16/23 total amount acknowledged taken out of my checking account with neither authorization by me nor any advance information from TCM. TCM told me that charge could easily be reversed by my local bank which they did. No explanation of how my checking account was debited without my authorization except that it was supposedly authorized 4 months ago. But none of the monthly charges during those 4 months taken from checking account (interesting!) A third challenged charge acknowleged on 5/2/23 billed on card. At least 4 calls struggling with auto attendant and unknowledgeable persons to date (5/30/23) and still not resolved. I am told different things by different people on each call and I am often sent back to my local bank for solutions. Of course, the local bank has nothing to do with it, except that they agreed to have TCM provide the cards. I'm betting they may change that soon, but not soon enough for me."

"Horrible business with awful customer service. TCM Bank issued my company's credit card in the WRONG business name. After over 1.5 years of phone calls, emails, and attempts via USPS, TCM Bank has NEVER been able to correct my business' name. They have also LOST several payments that were sent via USPS since they have never been able to get me access to their online services. As a result, my business has been charged late fees, despite payments being sent in a timely manner. Someone clearly input data wrong and TCM Bank has never even attempted to correct it. The entire TCM Bank team is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Avoid TCM Bank as if your life depended on it. They are not worth the stress they cause."
