"Long story short I am unhappy with the product and customer service was not willing to make it right. Long story long, I ordered the circle shaped white box with pink roses. I received a bigger square sized box. I was expecting the roses to look very nice and high quality but once I carefully removed the shipping plastic, the roses just look really roughed up and crinkled. From the advertisement, I was expecting to open the box and be blown away but it’s just not that nice looking. I sent an email to try and get resolved. I requested the correct shaped box with a better selection of roses or a refund. Customer service called me pretty quickly on a Sunday which was nice but the conversation was basically them trying to tell me the quality was normal and that the square box was actually a free upgrade due to being out of the circle white boxes. I told them that I appreciated the upgrade but it was simply not what I ordered or what I wanted. I was expecting them to rush me out a new order before Valentine’s Day but they refused to do so, stating that it’s my problem that I didn’t like the free upgrade. My only option was to ship them my incorrect item, wait for them to receive the item and then they would send the replacement after they relieved my item. But I would not get it in time for the holiday. I would think they would rush me the order and just charge me for another arrangement if I didn’t ship the incorrect item back to them. Instead customer service made me feel bad for simply wanting what I ordered at a high quality. Whether or not it was strange of me to not be happy with more roses for the same price, I didn’t want the square shape. It doesn’t look as nice to me. I rated two stars because it’s not completely terrible, it’s just not what I purchased and customer service did nothing to help me. Just made excuses for quality and reasoning for the incorrect product. La Jardin, there is still time to make this right. Please reach out to me if you change your mind and would like to rush me the correct size with the golden box that is available since you are out of the white ones. You could send a return label in the box for me to return this incorrect item back to you."

"Some of the flowers have rips in their petals, the middle flower is dented in, the box is frayed and dented, some of the colored flowers bled onto the white ones, and when I carefully removed the plastic as instructed it took out some of the holder. Now after having them a few days the white flowers are falling apart and turning clear/see through. Do not respond to emails and when contacted on social media they will block you. STAY FAR AWAY. Update: I am absolutely cackling at this response. Specially the part that I “blackmailed and threatened them” First they took blame by saying the flowers looked to be damaged during shipping. Then in their next email they claimed it looked like I put water on the flowers which caused the damage. They then tried to bully and intimidate me by saying “ However, if you continue to engage in bullying, harassment, or defamatory marks we may need to take appropriate actions.” so when I responded back letting them know I was not easily threatened and that I have family who works for the local news that would be happy to look into this company for me, they never responded to me again. Le Jardin you have 3 5-star reviews that have all been posted since I left a bad review a week ago, all from brand new Google accounts. Really?"
