"So I used to use the store to buy flowers until today. The credit card machine was down and I was forced to go across the street to get cash. That's fine. I get that it happens sometimes. But upon my return, I found out that to wrap up my 4 dozen flowers I bought would've cost an extra fee, just a few more dollars than I took out. Instead of accommodating me, the store told me there's nothing they can do and I would have to go back to the ATM to get the few extra bucks to pay for this. It was $4. FOUR. I told them on principe I won’t do that and they are losing me as a customer. He could care less. So I called the main office and the person on the phone in charge of customer service asked me to email the owner. I'm not doing that. I already was inconvenienced enough. What he could've done was said, "no problem pay us next time” or “don't worry about it at all". That didn't happen until I told him how I would have handled it and then he said to go back but I was already way gone. Listen, I'm not here to run their business or to teach them customer service. This problem starts at the top and there are plenty of other flower stores in Miami. Customer service is important and these people don't deserve my business. Which is too bad because I used to like them."
