"I’ve been here twice, and both times, the machines have stolen money. I let it go the first time, but the second instance, I informed the employee and she couldn’t care less. I attempted to buy a small bottle of bleach, and the scanner did not work, employee made no attempt to sell me the product. I’m not one to complain but customer service goes a long way. Clearly, they aren’t the owners of the business. Never again."
"My go-to laundromat when I’m in the area. 24-hour CLEAN staffed self serve laundry. Alex on the night shift was very helpful in explaining their system to me and had the place squeaky clean, even at 4:30 am. During my visit there wasn’t any evidence of riffraff and I felt perfectly safe. I also experienced great air conditioning on a hot humid night. $2 (exact bills only) to purchase card then add credit to use machines. No coins, no bill breaker. Bring exactly the cash needed. I’d recommend!!"
