"BEWARE- Surprise Black and Gold Deep Love Floral Gift Box with Fresh Foam. I bought this , the metal was RUSTY and there was rust residue around the area is the metal goes through the box. It was so rusty that when I tried to move it, it’s snapped and spiders came out. I literally wish I was making this up. Actually, so disgusting that it was infested with bugs. The foam was brown. You could tell everything about the box was old. Other than that my other items that did not contain metal were fine. But truly disappointed as this was a box my client was waiting for. I wish I took photos but I produce strawberries and had to discard immediately. It’s actually so crazy because I am looking at the Google reviews and someone review the same box 3 hours ago with the same issue. I had definitely will be reaching out to have a refund immediately. And return the products. Obviously the products are not being stored properly or in a properly time manner, I don’t know how old these boxes are and for a company that chants on his quality, I’m disappointed."

I give them 4 stars because one of the boxes was old it’s the “I love you “ box that opens up the metal on the inside part was rusty one of the metal pieces broke of the box because of the rust also the box was super dusty. The box must’ve been old. I’d buy again the boxes are beautiful there not flimsy."

"I have never had a package arrive in this poor of condition. The metal easel legs stuck out on both ends. They were scuffed up and rusted on nearly all contact points, tops and bottoms. They arrived quickly, but it isn't worth it if this is the condition they will arrive in."
