We were assigned several associates of Select GCR and no one knew what the other did as far as helping us through the complexity of getting approved. We submitted the same documents over and over again! There seems to be a breakdown of communication within the company. But Lyndsay made sure that we were being listened to and helped us get our MBEs."

At this point in the process, i haven't completed any contracts yet(there is no reasonable expectation to have done that yet anyway), but so far through all of the information gathering, submitting, designing, etc i can it is refreshing to work with folks who make sure that they are doing their part with a sense of urgency. Each and every time i have reached out to them and/or submitted information i have received a response from them directly(24hrs) or a confirmation from the applicable gov't agency within 72 hours.
