"Very poor experience. Flowers looked amazing upon delivery, but quickly began to decay. By 48 hours post delivery, we had droopy flowers and all the whites were starting to rot on the edges, even after carefully following the care instructions. I made an inquiry on their website and after 3 days of no call, I decided to call the store. Once I called, I was passed around to 3 different people before I was able to get a dialogue going with someone. As I began to show them the evidence (time stamped pictures and videos), I was met with excuses and language that was clearly attempting to shift the blame. Eventually I was told that I could get a reorder and not a refund, even though my wife’s birthday passed already and no longer needed more flowers. The representative told me “we can deliver it on her next birthday” as if waiting a whole calendar year would be an acceptable response. I will unfortunately not being doing business with this company any longer."
