"My boyfriend sent me flowers and a fruit basket for $85. He paid for colorful bouquet. When i arrived i received this set of flowers. The flowers doesn’t match the picture online at all. The flowers in the photo are a completely didnt color, the size, & they look dead already. I’ve been a customer with edible arrangements for years and never received this type of service or products. Despite it being in Miami Gardens, the representation of the company really looks horrible. The price and quality of the products don’t match. I’m very disappointed with this. I told me boyfriend to get a refund."

"I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary and called to make sure the delivery person will not have issues with finding our address. I was informed that there will be no issue. In the end they sent a driver that spoke no English and refused to deliver my order since he got frustrated not being able to communicate with me. I am beyond upset that my order which was clearly an anniversary gift was refused to be delivered and now is set to be delivered on another day. I tried to call the location multiple times and left countless of messages but no one called me back. I would highly suggest you consider another gifting option instead of this place."
