I decided to close it when after they had a recent update, a new look for their online website, I got alarmed when my 'security answer' appeared as a 'user ID', which gave me the feeling whoever they hired to create their new look, may have had some oversights in the process."
"Do not use the account often but when I need it I find myself unable to use it, guessing its due to some garbage safety protocol that restricts users from accessing their own money. No luck reaching staff outside of normal bankers hours. So I believe I’ll be sticking with Sun Coast Credit Union as they seem to have their sh!t together."
