The manager was super rude when I asked about a product that had a promotion label (saying it wasn't). Even after showing the tag, the staff did nothing to change the tag."

"This review comes from the poor treatment I received when I came here 1/2/2024. I walked in at about 3:40pm and got added to the wait list so I can buy a legion go or ally ROG. I ended up waiting and no help ever came. I was told to stand in the gaming department which I did only for no one to come over. I spoke to an individual name Miguel (awesome individual) he was assisting another customer. Not only was he able to double up and get me the product that I wanted but he was also able to sell the speaker or stereo system to another customer. Miguel customer focus is impeccable, what confuses me is that you have an employee that is so well trained as Miguel but all the other employees are mediocre at best. While waiting for Miguel to come back with the item I wanted, he directed me to stand in the computer area where I was able to overhear another employee trying to assist a woman who wanted to buy a surface pro 9. This man knew nothing about the product, wasn’t explaining the difference in ram or processor nothing just kept telling her that this one is cheaper due to the difference in ram. It’s a sad shame, nonetheless THANK YOU AGAIN Miguel for assisting me when I was going unnoticed. I included a picture of the product that Miguel was super knowledgeable about guard that man. He’s an awesome employee"

"I came to buy a couple of accessories for the car. Before to pay i decided to go to the restroom, almost finishing urinating, an employee entered the bathroom, suddenly, to tell me that although there is no sign I should not enter the bathroom with items, in fact, there is no notice, but neither is there a table or something outside to leave the items while you enter to do what nature requires you to do, It's ridiculous for a company so "advanced" that it hasn't come up with a way to solve something so simple. I won't go back here, unless it's to go in to urinate again in case I'm in the area wanting to pee, only then I would go back into this place"

"This Best Buy location is our go-to store for buying appliances, computers, and TVs. They have a wide selection of everything, which we appreciate since it is a long drive here from home. This particular visit was a couple of months ago, when we were looking for a new TV for my apartment. I wanted the Sony Bravia 55" and they had it on sale and in stock. They also deliver. This was a win-win for me. I also use their Geek Squad to fix my desk computer if need be. They are very helpful and quick in diagnosing and repairing. Easy parking in the parking lot in front of the store. The staff has always been nice and attentive."

"The employees here treat people like you getting everything for FREE, listen Best Buy provided your employees with better customer services I was there yesterday needed some help with air fryer and other stuff nobody wants to help you everyone is busy and is always the same. Trying to buy something from Apple good luck you have to go to the front get a ticket and wait for someone whenever they want to help you .. you have this girl with nasty attitude at the front door providing the tickets come in step up I don’t go in asking for free stuff be more efficient with customers don’t be so rude and nasty like you never want to help. Horrible store and trying to pay another nightmare having only 1 cashier with a huge line of people fired the manager and the all staff here."
