Flower Market

"My partner and I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day a few weeks in advance. We also paid in advance and Miami Flower Market confirmed the order. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day. We did not get a delivery or any communication from the company. We called multiple times on Saturday and could not get in touch with anyone until late in the day. An employee from the company said it was ‘after hours’ and she would try to get in touch with ‘the drivers’ but could not guarantee if we would receive a response on Saturday or Sunday. We never heard back from the company, NEVER RECEIVED OUR MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS, and have yet to receive ANY communication from Miami Flower Market. We had to dispute the charges with our bank just to get a refund. How utterly disappointing. We will not be doing business with this company ever again. In response to the Miami Flower Market’s comment on my review.... I am a Ms. Michaeli and yes, you are the business we ordered from. We are well aware that your flowers ship in bulk boxes that should have been sent via FedEx according to your website. We choose not to share our confirmation number with you as there is nothing that can be done now to correct the fact that we did not have flowers for our Mother’s Day event. Your response was extremely patronizing as well. You were extremely quick to respond to a Google review but could not actually communicate effectively when we needed our flowers."
