"Terrible only 2 teller windows. Corporate was like yeah looks.good build it. Chase wants to chase people to another bank."
"Fat girl with glasses brown hair and eyeliner wings has bad customer service skills, I have never met anyone that rude anywhere even at Fast Food joints. Will not be going to this location again."
"These past two days, I went to Chase, and I had Bernice help me, she made sure that my issues would be resolved. She didn’t give up, she kept pushing! I really appreciate her dedication and her hard work she truly cares for her clients. If I could leave more than five stars I would, she was beyond outstanding. I really appreciate her for getting to the bottom of the issues I was having! If you go to this Chase location I highly recommend Bernice. I love how she’s straightforward and to the point, that’s what we need! Such a dedicated hard working, respectful lady."
"How do I begin...if you don't want good service, go to this Mariner branch. Most of the employees here are experts in making you so mad because they are so lazy and rude. They will give you so much excuses why they can't do what you needed done without even checking. It's like, they will say no first before they check if they can actually help you. Every time I walked in this branch, I came out very frustrated. Customer service is gone. It is so much better to deal with machines. By the way, there used to be one teller, that was really really nice and the only person who actually looks like she wants to help. I haven't seen her in a long time. The last 3 times that I had to go in this branch, it was disappointing. One time, I had to take care of something and this branch was just too rude and not helpful, I ended up going to Tampa to get what I need done. Which ended up an easier and nicer transaction. This was before the branch on SR50 opened. Whoever is managing this bank is not good with his/her job."
"This is the worst branch ever. I think Chase transferred all their laziest and rudest employees in this branch. I rarely do any transaction in the bank and when I do, it's because I have no choice. Had a really bad experience with a banker years ago, gave us wrong information for a transaction. When we came back with all the "required" documents, we spoke to a different banker and half of what the original banker told us to get, was not needed! Wasted so much time on that transaction. 2 years ago, I made an appointment for a notary, on the phone I asked what I needed to bring to make sure it goes well. When we got there, they can't do the notary because we need to bring our own witnesses. Which was never mentioned when I made the appt. weeks ago. By the way, they move in slow motion. The excuse was, we don't offer witnesses anymore, but they failed to mention that when I spoke to the same branch when I made the appointment. So, that's another waste of time. Then, when my girls opened a bank account, I took them to the bank just to show them how to use a teller - just in case a machine is not available. By the way, it was not busy. There was no one in the teller line. The teller was so rude, acted like it is too much work for her to deposit my daughter's money manually. I tried to be nice, and kind of explain that I am showing the girls how it is done with a teller. I just got a look from the teller. My daughter's comment was, "are you sure we can deposit money through them, maybe that's not their job?" Yeah, I worst brank ever. All I hear from them is excuses after excuses so that they do not need to do anything."
