Edible Arrangements

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I went to the Boca Raton Edible Arrangements yesterday. The store that was responsible for my $150 order to demand my refund because my arrangement never arrived. No one from their corporate office, their head office, their help desk any department or even the Boca store picks up the phone. I submitted help desk tickets on their website and nothing! So I researched the internet and learned that I'm just one of other helpless and scammed thousands! Edible HQ's Google and social media is littered with countless angry people who ordered days and weeks ago for V-Day deliveries that just like mine never arrived and people who want their money back but can't get anyone at Edible to take their calls or assist them. The Boca store has 240 Google reviews with a 1.9 out 5-star rating - the worst GBP that I have ever seen! Anyway, it's located in a popular and nice plaza right off Federal Hwy. I couldn't find it though as I walked up and down the strip. So I popped into one of the stores where it was supposed to be located and asked if they knew where it was. They proceeded to tell me how people had been walking into their store all week asking for the same help. They even were taking phone calls from people begging them to walk into the Edible store and ask them to please pick up the phone or even ask that they force them to call them from the store because while the Edible phone service rings and you listen to an automated hold message, no one picks up and you're always eventually forced to hang up or leave a voicemail. But they told me it was next door. So I walked out and sure enough... there it was. It looked shut down. There was no signage in front of the building. It was very run down and looked like it had been closed for a few years. All the lights were off inside. I almost walked away and then I thought I should just see if the door opens and it did. So I walked into this dark, filthy office space. No air conditioning. The floor was covered in dirt, food, broken kids' toys and all sorts of gunk and thick black dust piles everywhere. People's orders were sitting in what should be air-conditioned coolers that were broken and not working. This explains why the people who posted their reviews that actually received their delivery had mold all over them. An employee came up from the backroom to assist me. He apologized and told me the back story. The woman who owns this franchise location owns several of them. She just opened the Boca store 1.5 weeks ago to ensure she could profit off of the V-Day rush. He said everyone has been so upset and angry and he feels awful. I said it would help calm people down if they would at least answer their phones. He told me the owner has the phones completely disabled purposely so people can't get through. This left me both appalled and sympathetic to the employees caught in the midst of this chaotic situation. Suffice to say, after being reassured I would receive a refund I never did. In fact, they just confirmed a reorder when I very specifically asked to receive a refund because of the deplorable state of their store. Believe me, I am going to file a complaint with Florida Health and I'm going to explore complaints with the EA franchise office."

"Placed an order online - received confirmation via email without an order # Called the store multiple time the day I placed the order, the following day when it was supposed to be delivered and the day after. Status did not change from 'being arranged' and the store would not answer, would not call back nor could I submit for help online due to no order #."

"My Christmas order never arrived for my mother in law and I was charged for the order on the 19th, 11 days ago. The order was supposed to go out on the 22nd. I received a call on the 23rd that everyone expects this one woman walked out and she asked if it could be delivered on the 24th, Christmas Eve. I told her that was fine, i understand how retail can be. My order never arrived and still hasn't. I have called 5 times and emailed them once, and I still haven't received a call back OR received my money back. I called the corporate office today, and their automated system said that the order was delivered when yesterday the automated system told me that they had received my order. So far, it seems like a scam, and I wouldn't even deal with this company. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!"

"Do not ever order from this company. It's a fraud. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for birthday the week before Christmas the following day it was never delivered. You can't get in touch with anybody in the company. They are extremely rude. If you finally do my order was never delivered. It's a week later I still have not received a refund And cannot get in touch with Anyone. Do not order from this company"

"12.13 update no delivery as of yet and it’s been more then a week and no call back either. The fact that not even customer service can get in contact with this location is a major red flag. I placed an order on Monday for my friends birthday on Wednesday. The order was not delivered and I have called this location over 20 times to no avail. My next step I will be contacting the CEO."
