"I have been dealing with this place for many years. They used to be a decent operation. Unfortunately they have been very unprofessional for the last issue where my tenant lost a few hundred dollars worth of food after they refused to go for a service call. I called them on the morning of 6/12 with the issue where the freezer was not working and asked for a service technician. I was told someone will go the next day, 6/13. I called on 06/13 and no one was sent. This morning I get a call from the owner lady suggesting I buy a new fridge. They never went in for the service call and she is diagnosing the issue over the phone with the tenant and asking me to buy a new fridge instead. This fridge was originally purchased from them."
