"My Miele canister vacuum bag holder broke. I ordered a new one from manufacturer and tried unsuccessfully to install it myself. The “easy to install” instructions did not work for me so I brought to Fred who quickly pushed it into the slots with no trouble! I offered to pay him for his time but he refused, so kind of him. Any other issues I will go directly to him and support local business."

"I made the unfortunate choice of bringing my dyson cordless here for an overpriced battery replacement of $150 Once I received my vacuum back from fred, i realize he replaced my dyson battery with a cheap battery from china. My vacuum began overheating and no longer worked for more than maybe 10 mins tops. I brought it back and asked that he please correct the issue and he gave me a hard time, While also doing his best to convince me it must be a clog in the vacuum, (Even though he claimed to have already taken apart and cleaned the dyson and its housing unit thoroughly) among many other elaborate excuses. I brought it home for the second time, none of the issues have been fixed and now my spin brush is also broken. What I thought would be a simple fix just cost me a few hundred for a new vacuum."

Not only did I get my vacuum repaired, I also leaned a lot as well. But the most important thing that occurred was I met an honest, man with intriguing background. "Fantastic Find! We are new to the area and was looking for a new vacuum cleaner. I prefer to support businesses in the community rather than buying from big box stores or Amazon (although I do buy from Amazon when I’m lazy). Glad I decided to visit Fred’s store. When I mentioned that I needed a new vacuum, Fred said that the type I would need would depend on my cleaning needs. Right to left logical thinking is alive and well. Who wouldn’t want to work with someone who is not selling brands but selling what will work best for the customer’s needs? The vacuum I bought is a Miele canister with a 5 year warranty and Fred will check it out once a year for free to ensure it’s in tip top shape.
