"Needed 2 dishwashers asap. I sent pictures of my 20-year-old ones, they checked the model on the floor to be sure it was what I needed, and ordered them that day. The installation company they sent did a great job which included reinstalling the panel fronts. Great communication. Seamless process."
"I received excellent service when shopping for a replacement refrigerator but trying to talk to someone about questions regarding the matter I didn't receive callbacks as promised by Kathy. After waiting 2 days I went into the store to speak with her. She was unapologetic and dismissive until I requested to speak to Jeff who was customer friendly but put the resolution to my issue back on the extended warranty company. After reading several reviews I noticed that great customer service at the start but delayed response when issues occurred. Even my once ever so attentive salesman Scott became short with me over the phone. Thank Goodness that the owner Jeff exhibited more customer service than the staff in my situation."

"I was excited to purchase a new GE washer and dryer. The salesman was very helpful. Once my washer and dryer were installed, my washer worked great but the dryer didn’t heat up. I contacted my salesman and I was told I had to have a GE repairman come to fix the dryer that was just installed. I wasn’t even offered a replacement. The broken part was the one the installer was concerned about on the day of installation. I now have to wait another week for parts to have the brand new dryer repaired. I was very disappointed in Rosner’s follow up service."
"If I can give Rosner's less than one star I would. We have two issues at hand. We purchased an LG microwave about 3 weeks ago now and everything worked well. Within 4 days the fan stopped working and the vent as well. We called our sales rep Darren and he said that they will not give us a brand new microwave since those issues occurred a couple days later after installation -_- (thanks for not pointing that out Darren). An LG tech came in to check out the issue and he said do not use the microwave as it can cause a fire inside of it since the air circulation wasn't working correctly. LG ordered the part for the microwave and 3 boxes came. They all arrived with UPS next day air. Who would've thought we needed 3 boxes for this brand new microwave. Also the fact that UPS next day air was used is also unbelievable because that's expensive. The shipping costs plus the parts of the microwave plus the labor cost more than the microwave itself! LG/Rosner's is eating this cost but the fact that their logic was to spend more money on the latter versus not giving us a new microwave is hard to believe. This has now been a month since we haven't used the microwave. The LG tech keeps changing the time for installation as well. This is all terrible service from both parties. In addition, we are 'supposed' be receiving rebates for two appliances but we haven't still. Darren keeps telling us they are working on it when he confirmed it was his fault for not updating the date on the quote. It's hard to believe that it takes more than a month to resolve this issue. Therefore, Rosner's is lying that customers will get their rebates. Please DO NOT shop here. They obviously do not care about the client experience. Once the appliance is delivered they have no responsibility after that. All they want is the money. That's such a great way to keep customers coming back. All they do is talk it up at the store without telling the customer about how their process's work. They are definitely not 'The Appliance Professionals' they say they are. What a joke. False advertisement for sure."
