"I went to the Aventura location to get a necklace & 2 bracelets cleaned. They advised 1 hour for cleaning. I returned back to the location & they advised they will need another hour. It appears they never started the cleaning & wanted me to wait another hour to start . No justifiable reason why the items weren't cleaned in the time alloted nor was a reason was given. I was there from 11am to 12:07pm no other cleaning before me as people were purchasing not cleaning. Truly disappointed with the service or lack there of."

"Horrible Customer Service!! Raquel the supposedly “Manager” was super rude over the phone as I was asking questions about my order. She said she couldn’t do anything to call Corporate. I couldn’t find the number to Corporate so I asked her and she said I don’t know, “Google it” because she says she didn't need to know it by memory. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Sometimes we need to think over who we choose as Store Managers because if you can’t provide respect and support to customers over a phone call, you shouldn’t be given a title to manage a store because clearly you can’t do the basics…"
