We had to have a couple of our Yurman pieces serviced and they made everything so easy and enjoyable. Carlos, the manager, assisted as well and it couldn't have gone any smoother and easier. "Very poor customer service. Didn’t even greet us when we came in to shop, no help was offered. Was busy on their computers doing inventory and seemed annoyed we walked in the store, which caused us to walk right out. Recommend going to shop at a different location. So sad for such a high end brand."

"David Yurman is known for its customer service and jewelry. If you want to be disrespected to your face I definitely recommend their store in Aventura. I walked into the store and was not even greeted. I came in today because I had a problem with a recent order and once explaining what had happened I was disgustingly belittled by the employee. She told me they had to send the items to New York as if it were a problem and continued by saying she was busy with a customer which she then asked her “customer” if they needed help as they were walking out. I had a good amount of product of David Yurman’s on my hands as a sign of a loyal customer, for her to had turned her face on me as if I were a nobody. I did not get her name since I was in utter shock but her description is as follows; she is a heavy, brunette and was working today at around 1pm. She needs to be called out since she does not know how to represent a prestigious brand."
