"DO NOT go to John’s diamonds!!! The customer is not what matters, they only want your money. Please stay away from this place. John is mendacious. I wish we never gave them any business. I Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in the jewelry business today. Once you've made your purchase, all ties are cut. They are very friendly when it comes time to buying and giving them your money. But after they have your money ties are cut. They will turn rude and disgusting, as if you were a piece of trash. We have sent so many clients to them and all John wants is more money. He doesn’t care about your feelings he only cares about his money. For example, I was talking to him and he was more Interested at looking what the other customer who walked by wanted. In the middle of our conversation he was looking at the other client. I had to ask him if he wanted to go speak to them instead of finish dealing with me. Every other stand In the jewelry exchange has better quality, better prices, and more honest employees. John is not a man of his word. I have never written a review in my life. But this place deserved one. If possible I would give him -5 stars. He lost all my business and all future clients I could have sent him. I have sent him a few friends as well, they will never be going back to him either. He hides his 1 star reviews. Do not go to this stand at the jewelry exchange."
