"Sadly I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a non custom piece 2 months prior to xmas, not only did I not receive it, but they did not respond to my emails but clearly saw them and canceled the order after xmas, but did not issue a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact and no resolution or responses. They delete negative comments on social media from others with the same issue. Ultimately, I believe them to be fraudulent and sadly completely inept at customer service. I've filed a dispute for payment and will be contacting the BBB."

"I got a pair of studs and chocolates from this store as a present for my sister getting her driver’s license and I was so disappointed with the lack of communication. I had to contact them to be able to get a tracking number since I never got one and it came in weeks after my sister’s big day. There were no chocolates in the box and the quality wasn’t exactly worth what I paid for."
