"We have been enjoying Ariels Jewelry Store #7 for awhile now. Mostly browsing and replacing batteries for watches. When we finally got down to business, was very satisfied with the T.L.C. provided by Yuliete on an Rolex watch. She took an extra interest to make sure we were satisfied and followed up in several visits. She is personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and made Jewelry shopping fun and not stressful. It felt more like a friendship than a negotiation between a buyer and seller. Thank you Yuliete for how you treated our family. Just a follow up on Store #7...Just want to thank Ariel for having Yuliette at our North Miami store as she followed up on Repair again on Rolex and treated us like family. To be honest it is not a high-end rolex that we have but she treated us like it was a high-end Rolex which is not Miami like! You guys need to invent a custom Rolex 'Yuliette & ARIEL'. "The lady behind the counter was very rude I bought a matching necklace and bracelet set for $1500 dollars it was hollow so from everyday use the bracelet has broken 6 times which this last time they tried charging me $42 dollars instead of telling to spend a little more money on something solid they sold me the set knowing it was going to break and this last time the bracelet came back weighing less then when I took it there meaning they took links and kept them when I went back the girl said she would have the owner call me which he hasn’t so basically they stole from me make sure you check your jewelry when it goes in and comes back it’s sad and our wedding rings which I wanted in white gold every two month turn yellow again don’t waste your money in that jewelry store"
