On top of that how you an account manager and you don’t even know how to add! This women gave me 4 different prices on my remaining total for my car! WHO DOES THAT? I know who …. "This place is a joke!! Payments were made ON TIME, had FULL coverage insurance the WHOLE time and they still threatened to default the loan. Oh and God forbid the damn references don’t answer them on the 1st try, they will threaten that loan must be paid in full lmao…thankful we traded the vehicle in and no longer have to deal with the incompetence!!!!"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have had dealing with any company. Very rude and dishonest. Thank God I paid off my car and no longer having to deal with these incompetent people. Repoed my car while I was getting ready for work. Then call to apologize the next day saying it was a mistake on their end and I should go and pick up my car without paying. Couple months later I asked for a printout of my account and guess what? They charged me for the repo. I had to call and got upset with them for them to take it off my account. 2 months later I got a notification that I owed over a million dollars to this company. Came to find out they made a mistake and report to the credit bureau that I owed over a million dollars which impacted my credit negatively. I HATE THIS COMPANY."
