"Went to this branch two days in a row to open new business account & cash a check. It hurt my heart to see so many seniors in the branch standing around waiting to be serviced. As I stood waiting about 20 minutes first day and about 25 the second day at the register it the guy an extra 7 minutes to not be able to verify a check from their own bank. The gentleman advised me when asking how long the process could take that I could get my check and leave if I didn’t want to wait. The service in the place is below standard. At the end of the day I’m choosing not to bank with truist. This is my 3rd experience and the first is even worst."

"Absolute horrible service! If I could give zero review I would and this is constant bad customer service I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 15-20 minutes trying to do a simple deposit I then went inside ask to speak to a manager because at this point I'm closing my account this branch is absolutely the worst truist in Broward county! So I will be going to the friendly truist on Broward Boulevard or on Andrews Avenue any one other than this one they don't care! Originally SunTrust excellent service been with them for over 20 years I like the bank itself but I will not be returning to this branch"

"If you want to hear the people paid to help you that they are ready to go home for the day, this bank is for you. If you want to watch the manager, Sandra, leave at 4pm with 8 people in line, this bank is for you. If you want to bank around closing time at 5pm, and want to watch 6 employees stand by the door while 1 teller helps everyone in line, this is the bank for you. The culture in this bank is toxic. The employees do not value you and your business. I will go to any other branch until I take my business elsewhere after over 30 years. Stop banking here. You are an inconvenience to them."

"This branch is just ridiculous. They move slow and do not have concept of time. There are three workers at the teller but there is only 1 person working. The lady working the drive through has ear pods in her ear and moving slow with a lone of people waiting outside. I came inside at 11:00 and it is now 11:40. A 40 minute wait is ridiculous. You need to hire more people for faster and better customer service."

"The bank I go to is the one in Wilton Manors, Florida. They are always very courteous and kind. They know what they're doing. They explain things to the customer in great detail and make sure we understand. They don't let you walk away without having you explain to them the answer to your question.
