"I purchased a ring through Live Auctioneers. The stone was out of the ring. I immediately contacted Glen Walters at Allure Antique Auction and sent photos of the stone separated from the setting. He offered $20 back on the ring to have it reset. I knew it would cost much more than that to have the stone reset in a David Yurman ring but accepted it anyway as I felt it wasn’t intentionally sent damaged. Months have passed but I have not received the $20. The last correspondence I received said “Yes we owe you a $20 bill”. That was a month ago. I’ve made repeated attempts to contact Glen since but he does not respond. I will be contacting Live Auctioneers. If you don’t want to be taken advantage of and lied to, don’t do business with this company."
