"The bank shows they have an ATM on Clematis, but they in fact do not. It’s a CitiBank atm that sucks and I just wasted $19 on a Uber and an atm fee for a transaction that was never made. I’m highly upset and out of $19 for a blank trip. I’m so close to closing my accts with this bank…they’re barely have any locations and it’s always something wrong."

"This institution has gone down terribly! There is almost no way to get a customer service rep to answer any questions. When you call the number you will be directed to a call center where hardly anyone speaks English and they will keep transferring you around until they hang up on you. This is NOT a one time occurrence. This happens every single time. THIS IS HORRIBLE! There are options to get to a professional. If you want any type of service you will have to go in person....and God help you with that. So disappointed in what this place has become"
