"The worst finance company ever! Their contracts are tricky, and fraudulent! I regret doing any business with this company, they’ve made my life a living nightmare. "This company is awful and predatory. My wife and I made additional payments on our car but instead of putting the extra on principal, their tagging it as advanced payments on the succeeding months. We called and told them to apply the rest on the principal. What they did however was applied all of our payments on our principal and the payment never reflected on our monthly payment. The account now showed delinquent, REALLY? WE JUST PAID 2K TO PAYOFF THE CAR MORE QUICKLY AND YOU GUYS TAG THE ACCOUNT AS DELINQUENT? AFTER THIS LOAN WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am surprised why this company is still not being investigated, there have been lots of bad reviews on them and also the dealerships that they're affiliated with markup their prices and deceive their customers. Does FTC know about their practices? This runs deep, if you google JM Family Enterprises Inc, they run this whole thing. This company, World Omni Finance, disguises as Southeast Toyota and they service loans in these following states: AL, FL, GA, NC and SC. If you're planning to finance a vehicle in those mentioned states, make sure to ask who the lender is, avoid them at all cost. This company should be investigated."

"This matter at hand revolves around the deceptive actions of Toyota of Greer and SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FINANCE DBA WORLD OMNI FINANCIAL. Their mishandling and misuse of a security instrument disguised as an alleged installment contract have now come to light. What I believed to be a vehicle loan was, in fact, a security instrument received by Toyota of Greer subsequently sold SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FINANCE DBA WORLD OMNI FINANCIAL. These fraudulent, misleading, and deceptive acts, deemed unjust and unclean, necessitate considerable and concise clarification. Had I been aware that I was surrendering a financial instrument, only to allow another to benefit and then charge me on the back end, I would have not have signed it over without creating my own fair terms and consideration, the transaction was deceptive and a way to convince me to waive my rights to my security or any derived interests. In legal and lawful terms involving dishonor upon a financial instrument, neither Toyota of Greer nor SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FINANCE DBA WORLD OMNI FINANCIAL were fully transparent in the course of this transaction, and they both refused to perform their fiduciary duties when concerns were brought forth to do so."

"Recently purchased a new Toyota vehicle. Installment contract says first payment is 1/23/2024. Letter from SETF says first payment is 1/23/2024. Guess what happened on 12/23/2023? My checking account was lighter by one unscheduled car payment. Utter incompetence by SETF."

"Purchase our car in 2017. Thru the years this company always worked with us. They don’t really bother you until you are 2 months behind. They also have a program where you get 2 months relief when you’re in trouble( 2 life lines per contract). I admit we’ve been late a lot but never was repoed or put up for repo. Interest rate was 14 but we were happy with that because of our credit. Today we paid off our car in 65 months on a 72 month contract because they didn’t give up on us.
