"WE BEG OF YOU TO PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING WASTING GAS MONEY AND YOUR TIME. READ ALL REVIEWS AND IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS WHICH ARE WRITTEN BY THE FATHER/son versus those of REAL customers. RHEY ARE THE JEWELERS IN MANALAPAN, FLORIDA AND NOT THE ONE IN GEORGIE, Sad attempt to tarnish another customer!!!!!! We can buy and sell that store a thousand times over and I would not go in if they were giving things away!!! PLEASE TAKE THREE MINUTES AMD READ AND JUST GO ELSEWHERE. TWO CO PLAINTS SAY THE SAME THING AND THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. IF ENOUGH PPL ARE SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING, well, you be the judge. WARNING --- GO ELSEWHERE!!!! LOYALTY MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THIS STORE. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS SINCE THEY OPENED THEIR DOORS YET THEY FIND IT ACCEPTABLE TO LAUGH AT CUSTOMERS. WE BROUGHT AN EXPENSIVE WATCH TO THEM TO REPAIR A PIN THAT HAD BEEN COMING OUT. I HAD ASKED IF A NEW PIN WAS REQUIRED BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNERS SON, "THERE IS PLENTY OF THREAD ON PIN AND IT WILL BE FINE, BESIDES WE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A NEW PIN FROM MANUFACTURER BECAUSE WE DO NOT CARRY IT, BUT AGAIN, THE CURRENT PIN IS FINE, JUST NEEDS TO BE SCREWED BACK IN" IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, THE PIN FELL OUT OF THE WATCH AND THE WATCH IS NOW GONE FOR GOOD, FALLING OFF MY WRIST WHILE THE WINDOW WAS DOWN... I REPLACED WATCH AND THEN WENT BACK TO JEWELER AND EXPLAINED I DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO REIMBURSE ME FULLY HOWEVER, WE HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND THIS JUST IS NOT RIGHT. FATHER AND SON, LAUGHED RIGHT TO MY FACE ASKING "HOW FAST WERE YOU DRIVING" AS IF THAT HAS ANY BEARING ON THE PIN STAYING IN OR NOT. YEARS OF PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THIS STORE, MEANT NOTHING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY JEWELRY, WATCHES, ECT...DO YOURSELF A HUGE. FAVOR AND GO TO WORTH AVENUE!! THIS PLACE WOULD LIKE TO THINK THEY ARE IN THE SAME LEAUGE AS WORTH AVENUE STORES HOWEVER I WOULD COMPARE THEM TO A CANAL STREET STORE IN NYC, SELLING SUBPAR MERCHANDISE FOR LUXURY BRAND PRICES!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! FATHER AND SON OPERATION THAT CARE NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS, THE BOTTOM LINE IS ALL THAT MATTERS TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I PRAY THAT PEOPLE READ THIS AND TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN DECIDING WHERE TO SPEAND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!"

"On the recommendation of a friend, we took my wife's diamond ring in for repair. They were very nice and told us they recommended the head be replaced. We agreed and the work was done on time and looked good to us. In less than one month, a prong broke off the new head. We called and explained the problem, sending them photos of the break. My wife says she never hit anything with the ring. They told us to come in but we had left the area. We went to another jeweler in Atlanta, who inspected the ring and said they had never seen a head break off in the location this one had. They said, for the head to break off in that area from impact, my wife would probably have a broken finger. To us, this confirmed that the prong did not suffer impact and either the prong or the craftsmanship to replace it were defective. We sent the prong back to Jewelry Artisans with a note requesting some compensation for the defect. They never responded. We are not talking a lot of money here and were severely disappointed in our treatment. UPDATE: After over 3 years, the business recently responded to my post incorrectly implying that this rating is for a store in Atlanta. That is not correct. This rating is for the store in Manalapan, FL."
