"These people are crooks. He wanted to sell me a watch for $200 that was a $50. He wanted to buy my watches for $200. Philip Stein and several Michele watches. When I told him to give me my watches back he tried to hold on to one the Michele watches, not thinking I would know. I was so upset. Now I see that other customers have had even worse experiences. THE POLICE SHOULD BE CALLED You two should be ashamed of yourself. I pray your business goes out of business. LIARS"

"Went in at 2:30PM (they close at 5) to have the battery on my watch changed. I was literally the only person in the store. Changing a watch battery takes 2 minutes with the correct tools. He had 2.5 hours to get it done during the day, with 0 other customers around. Instead, the owner told me it would take up to 48 hours. I told him I couldn’t wait that long and he said, “fine, take it somewhere else then.” That’s exactly what I did. If he doesn’t want the business, then he won’t have it. I get the sense that he just doesn’t have the time for my small job and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Now looking at the other reviews he has, I’m not surprised. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED Benny, the owner, is a con artist not to be trusted. Husband came into the store for the first time with a pic of a gold chain design he wanted to buy. Benny said he could find exact chain. Catalog picture looked different but he said he'll order and if he doesn't like it when it comes in, he won't need to buy it. Didn't even discuss pricing. Needless to say, he asked for refundable deposit but said not too worry. Benny told him the chain would be in the store a few days later. Came twice, after these dates, still no chain.. kept getting told to come a later date. 3rd time, chain finally came in looking nothing like original picture. Didn't refund the deposit. $500 deposit stolen, no chain. BUYER BEWARE."
