"Sadly, I bought the nail head bracelet from this company.. 75.00 total. When I called for help in opening the bracelet, I stated that I wanted to help out the small company as opposed to ordering from amazon..... I was told to watch the video online..... still cannot find the video under the product... then, when I asked if I had to pay shipping to send back, I was schooled by the woman telling me that amazon can afford to pay for returns, but Sahira is much smaller and cannot .. didn't really appreciate the attitude...or lack of concern on their end! Still have no clue how to open this bracelet..warning to those that may order the same! I'm not the first one asking either, according to the other reviews that I read... never again!"
